TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION

Technology creativity is the core competence of enterprise; Lihua has attached much importance to the product scientific research since it was established. According to the Business Policy "Creativity makes Lihua more professional and stronger ", we have invested to build R&D department in 2002. Until now, there are more than 100 trail equipment with different types. The product researching and developing staff is 100 which take 30% of the whole staff number. And there are more than 40 undergraduates. In order to improve their working ability rapidly, we have built a long –term cooperation with Engineering Research Institute of CAS, Chinese Medicine Science Academy Institute of Drug Development, Zhengzhou University, Henan Agriculture University, Jiangnan University etc famous collages in land. Lihua has developed many high quality young management personnel and technology backbone. They have accumulated precious technology and research experience and established strong foundation for the company development. R&D has been evaluated as Province technology center by Henan Development and Reform Commission, etc four sections. And National Hi-Tech Industry in 2011.  Since the end of 2009, Henan Lihua has begun to build up a multi-functional Lab for about 2000m2 .The lab combines a synthesis lab, an analytical lab, a biology lab and a pilot scale facility. In order to develop new product research, we will step by step introduce  advanced analytical equipment  such as a HPLC-Q-TOF detector.

Since R&D was established, R&D has contributed to create intellectual property and to protect the same by patents. At present, Lihua has already been granted 20 national patents. This fosters an even better development of the employee’s creativity and of the technology of the facility. It also contributes to the fast changes in the high technology research and in the achievements of the company. Lihua’s creative abilities have been improved considerably which will have a profound impact on the future development.
